Isn't it hilarious after all the criticism of Clinton by the neocons over this issue? Its taken Bush 5 years to figure out what everyone knew before.......that there is a reason for foreign diplomacy and that often the best way to resolve a problem is to sit down and discuss your grievances in order to come with a reasonable solution for both parties.

The polls made him do it...oh wait, I forgot, he doesn't respond to polls...nah...he does. He's desperate for good news. So he discovers that poverty is tied to discrimination, years after he has filed friend of the court briefs against affermative action, then he makes incomplete deals with NK, years after he criticized his predecessors for doing, you guessed it, the same thing.
