You stated that you wish to tax the same income three times. That is called triple taxation.

When a dollar is earned by a corporation you want to tax the income there.

When a portion of the remainder is distributed to the stockholder you want to tax it again.

When the stockholder dies, you want to use her/his lack of respiration as an excuse to tax the income a third time.

If you wish to retract your statements, please admit to your retraction rather than secretly changing your position and accusing another of dissembling.
