It's too bad some of that $104bn couldn't be spent on improving life on earth. They can send tonka toys to mars, land men on the moon but they can't send food, medicine and help to N.O.
Instead, they will go out and mess up another planet as bad as this one, all in the name of big bucks for the corporate crowd. This is what we are paying for by way of taxes.
