Denis: 1) We Canadians are an informal bunch, but man, if J. Gordon Rothschild is who I think he is, I'll be a little surprised if he answers to "Hi Gord" in your last post (!) A little more respect and formality may be due in this case (I live in Britain ...) 2) Does not the PR itself go some way towards answering your question? 3) If Rothschild Asset Management is putting up the cash for IPM, and they like Bateman, that says a lot to me ...
