This FED induced bust will hurt more than Katrina! The FOMC won't be able to lower rates fast enough or far enough for the average Joe to afford anything. Let alone be credit worthy to borrow the necessary funds to build the American dream. I'm OK with rebuilding New Orleans, just build it in another location above sea level! I think a new Vegas style theme park is in order, call it Venice! (History not only acts as a guide to the past, but can also be a map to what the future ... and those who forget history are condemned to relive it.) Can the government print enough money in the future? I don't think so? Gold target $520 by Christmas! When the next President raises taxes, game over. Depreciation......don't worry the price of oil will be cheap, if you have the cash!<g>
