You make a very good argument, Ritz. I currently have on order a DUV
Nikon stepper that is to be delivered Fall '98. I have been working
with Nikon to get an earlier delivery slot, but they have not made a commitment
yet. It appears to me that if their orders were softening, they would
gladly pull up my order ... and the DUV stepper is not a new item that
Nikon "might" have trouble producing. I'm still trying to solve this
dilemma.
