All: What's up with the volume (600k+)? Are they dumping those S-3 shares? Or is real buying before some PR in the next couple days? Or maybe some frustrated investors dumping before the S-3 shares?

I thought of something last night, I'm sure QDRX management has already thought of it, but why doesn't Jim P. get permission from one of the 'contracted' OEMs to announce the contract before dumping the shares on the market. QDRX could get 50-100% more cash for the shares after an OEM announcement.
