Thanks Snow..I'll dig for a NEJM piece on cord blood transplantation in babies known antenatally to have a genetic disease..it did quite well before symptoms started(ie. when given earlier in infancy rather than later)..not sure how this correlates to BMT but trying to connect some dots..
