Based on this, I would say Jimmy Carter is getting -- senile or -- used or never was what I thought he was. It's one thing to identify a person, so that you can ensure one person = one vote. It's another thing to EXCLUDE a person by charging him/her for the privilege of his own citizenship. And it's yet another thing to DEFRAUD a person by having voting systems with software "backdoors" that can be easily hacked (by the people with the "key") or even others without the key! If ALL of this is not dealt with UNIFORMLY on a National basis, WITH audit trails and administered NOT by political parties the whole thing is just a NATIONAL DISGRACE AND SHAM.
