Actually Las Cristinas NEVER belonged to Crystallex so it is surprising that some people are surprised about this. Crystallex was only awarded a contract to extract the ore on behalf of Minca. It was always the government's agency that would decide and approve any and all mining plans. The KRY cult has continued to propagate falsehoods over the years and in the process have damaged several people's lives. Too bad that KRY is too tiny to attract the attention of those responsible for tracking down criminals... I suspect that when the 'news' is digested, people will wake up and realize that Las Cristinas belonged to the people of Venezuela all along and that KRY is only the hired help.
