Even though some things have taken longer than anticipated, the PR on 8/23 said: "FPI will review the field data and determine as rapidly as possible, but no longer than 30 days, which fields will be accepted for rehabilitation and expansion. Following selection, a work program and budget will be prepared for each field within 15 days. Operational control will be assumed by FPI after review and acceptance of the work program by NaftoGas Ukraine. FPI expects the process to be completed quickly." If on time, that's Friday. We all know how deadlines run in the oil/gas industry, especially when dealing with multiple countries, but just in case, I've been adding last week and this week all I can. If next series of news over balance of Sept. and Oct. goes as I hope (each building a solid step), it may be a quick trip up. For me, fun part is the rapid rise, but forming a new base at ever-higher points is the real gravy. I'm just itching to sell 2-3% of my shares at $1.00 Want to splurge on something for someone totally way out there to blow their mind (with no debt incurred on my part). I've always given great gifts, but never a home. I remain, SOROS ps I'd be interested in any PMs about what % of their portf. this represents now -- upper 80s for me -- sounds a little crazy even to me ;)
