KRT is about to vote tomorrow on a proposed merger with Shore Gold (SGF).
If accepted, I believe one share in KRT would net about 0.64 shares of SGF.

Prices in both stocks have surged forward in the last while, apparently in anticipation of the union.

The merged SGF company would then own 100% of the SGF holdings and about 42% of the FALC J.V. interests.

I think had we gone for a TSE listing, we'd be closer to the price of SGF; but ownership in the Star body means we may have ownership in a mine much earlier, providing its found viable - while we wait for the J.V. to decide what they have and if they will proceed.

I'm hoping for big returns.
