Relative to the lower-than-whale-shit ethics standards of the Clinton administration, Rubin's attempt to run interference for Enron must have seemed routine.

Fortunately Bush had, by then, restored INTEGRITY to the presidency, and Rubin was told where to STICK his Enron fix.
