Kerry is also a bullsh1t artist -- and he wasn't strong enough on security, gays and abortion which were the deciding issues. As I see it, US elections turn on two main factors -- religion and personality. In other words, all form and no substance. And I'm not mentioning Diebold which is probably the most important factor.

The Americans certainly were peaceful. Unfortunately, they are easily brainwashed and influenced and even more easily intimidated and now that they have a bunch of wolves running the place they are also confused. I have a dictum which is if they can get people to believe the Bible they will believe anything. Marx called religion the opiate of the masses, I call religion the occult power of government.
