We are a long way from the Gulf, more or less due east of Austin. If Rita comes close, we might get some roof damage, but we won't flood from even rain. Tornadoes, though, now that is different. Well that's very good news. I forgot you are no longer in the Houston area. Those bayous there have me worried. Its been my experience they can flood at the drop of a hat. Dang! November can't come soon enough. ted
