Housing didn't drop here but it didn't go up as fast as the rest of the country. And the statistics were not accurate for the hot tech areas either. LA this time was much hotter than here. We had a housing boom but our area in 99-01 was so overheated it was almost like the rest of the country caught up. So now, I don't know what a crash will do to us, maybe nothing.

BTW Tol got an upgrade today and its not even up a buck, even though it goes down $2 every day pretty regularly.
