PTLD>..absolutely bp...as an oil/gas service provider they could pick up add'l biz from either LA or TX or MISS...plus they produce oil and gas from their own wells...by stating they have more contracts to come and with the one disclosed in the pr these guys are in the game IMO....we can't justify the 4.00 it hit in march...yet...but certainly a buy here is warranted with more work coming....the numbers are going to POP IMO...and in the end if buying demand develops there are only 2.8m shares out, they declare on only 2.4m, and there is no pref out there to screw things up....
