Saw that and am wondering what they have up their sleeve. Read some interesting comments on yahoo. Don't really know what to make of a shelf offering. Nice run from the lows earlier this year. Likely the price will be topped off until they sell more shares and reveal what they are willing to let them go for. Wish there was more inside buying.
