The rumor is that Bush is increasingly isolated seeing and hearing only those loyalists who are tied to his rear end with duct tape and superglue. Cheney - Rove - Rice - Hughes. Corruption - Lies - Incompetence - Thievery...in no particular order. Have you heard about the FEMA obstruction stories. I've seen these but they're probably just the tip of the iceberg: - Tennessee docs (400 of them) volunteer to help but FEMA paperwork (60 pages including tax forms) prevents from going to the Gulf and helping those stuck at Charity Hospital. Some docs are left loading boxes because they're not allowed in. FEMA requires the ok of two states to send in children's coloring books and crayons. Docs are disgusted. - Trucks full of ice (at taxpayer expense) rerouted and rerouted eventually to Portland...Maine which is always in dire need of ice. Goodness gracious. - Britians send over MREs which (who knows today) may be burned by the FDA as, what, tainted with BSE? Jeepers. -------- Republicans: greed, incompetence, thievery run amuck, amuck, amuck
