I could not agree with you more. When the subscription numbers start comming in, that's when we all profit.

The price movement of the stock does not mean much at this point. It's very obvious that the stock is being churned and the small investors are getting very rattled. ACTV did not sell their investors out by diluting the stock to get this most recent financing and there is no insider selling.

IMO the management made a very smart move by arranging to finance one region first. If we have good sucess, and we should, the financing should be that much easier and favorable to us for the next regions. We are now in a startup phase, with good R&D and good operation history. It is just a matter of time, and to those of us who have the money, time is on our side if we get off the ground in November.
