He's not allowed to personally trade or own any stocks as far as I know. It's probably an SEC ruling because of Mad Money. Even his charitable trust has restrictions. As far as I know, he is restricted from trading any shares for the trust if he has mentioned the company in the last 5 days on Mad Money.

Perhaps, someone that has more info than I do, can shed some more light on this.
