Peter did you listen to the Divx conference call?........ Where did you get that Disney will only release Divx DVD's? Did I miss it? As I recall in the Divx conference call, Divx said Disney is in a multi year agreement to release Divx disc's simultaneously with their VHS releases. But I don't think they are precluded from releasing open DVD titles. It's not a Beta vs VHS battle it's an Open DVD vs Proprietary DVD one.
