Tom, I liked your post. I'm a bit underwater on CRNR as well and only willing to hang in there if they can pump up the high-margin software side to a reasonable percentage of revenues. The poison pill does look like a management/director job security insurance policy. I doubt we will ever get a chance to buy stock at a half-price sale. Best, Steve
