I took the cash plus notes deal, so will be happy to update you on the notes portion whenever anything happens (got my cash last night).

I concur with what you and Jon said a while back regarding the riskiness of the notes, but I opted for notes purely out of curiosity (have never been involved in a situation like this before). Did not own a lot of shares to begin with, so my loss was not that big...
