A couple of more political parties active and represented by seats than in the US explains the 35% and supports your point.


What are you saying? If it wasn't for the Left Party, Schröder would have won and Merkel would be a footnote in history. As it is, the Left Party says they will vote for Schröder in the Bundestag and Schröder will remain Chancellor.
