But the way we barged into Iraq was wrong, and we are paying the price with blood and treasure, and will continue to do so for some time.

It looked as if we had a fast and sure victory, I don't think we understood even then that the terrorists (or freedom fighters as Sheehan calls them)....., would be blowing themselves to bits to kill some of their own kind(Muslims) for fear of freedom.
