Leno also realizes that as a comedian, he has to be funny, and there is a certain art and talent in being politically humorous, and he's good at it, and this is why he enjoys the rank he's earned in television entertainment today... but people like sean penn and others of his ilk have no business abusing their celeb status by making political comments that reach beyond the limits of their celeb status... this is not a rule I'm proposing, this is merely an observation I'm making, that those who have overstepped their boundaries have already suffered the consequences of their ill advised remarks... obviously enough, the market place does not tolerate that kind of crap, and that's as American as can be...
