You got that right! Go corporate. Or better still, go combination of trust and corporate. Form a family trust in Bermuda which owns a company which employs you.

People do behave rationally as much as we can. It's true our brains are puny, faulty, instruments. A glance at Google will show that's true. But it's all we have.

People can agree with their employers or customers to work any time they like. They can videocommute if they like. Or work in any group size they like. Each individual seeks the situation they like. Mostly, we compromise on our ideal to get more money. For a while anyway.

I telecommute as a director of an Australian company. We have monthly telephone meetings with people in Dublin, Iceland, Vancouver [USA], Australia and New Zealand. People can do that if they like. And have pictures too, but pictures don't seem to matter. We can email images and do instant messaging at the same time.
