Anybody trading on insider info (i.e., "info on some stocks that you or I would never, ever get ") would be well advised to not broadcast that fact on the SI boards, unless he's actively looking for 3 hots and a cot, or he's got an IQ that rivals that of the average potted plant. Anybody who thinks authorities do not peruse the message boards here should have a look at what happened to Elgindy, who ran the Anthony@Pacific thread, and now will be running the Anthony@San Quentin thread. And he wasn't the first by any means, or the last either.

The only other possibility is the most likely one: that he does not in fact have insider info, but just implies that he does to manipulate people. A classic pump-and-dump technique, and that's exactly what he is: a pump-and-dumper, and those who listen are the designated bag-holders.

So he says the person who writes the PR for AHSC told him there would be a PR released in the next few days. If the company will confirm that, then it is public knowledge and can be used. If the company will not confirm that, then it is either total BS or it is insider info, and trading on that basis is illegal.

Either way, I want no part of it at all, though the SEC might be very interested.
