Looks like we may have a man-made disaster on our hands: chron.com New rule number one: Evacuations NEVER go as planned. Just ask Ray Nagin or Bill White! White reiterated that there is no safe place to stay in low-lying and flood-prone areas of the city, and there won't be shelters in the city. Geez, at least Nagin had the Superdome to go along with his navy of stranded schoolbusses.....
