But, here's the problem, it seems that there is a Transworld Oil and Gas in Alberta, Canada, and also one doing business in New Zealand, and also in the U.K. - England - as you found. They may be the same one. But, they are not Mancini and Needham's stupid little fake smoke and mirrors TWOG.PK. The more I dig into these things, the more I think Mancini and Needham, are "for sure" a couple of dishonest con-artists. Here's why. Any smart person who was really honest, would do a global worldwide search before they named their company something, in order to avoid confusion with another company, either in the U.S., Canada, NZ, UK or anywhere else. It ain't that hard to do a name search. If you're really smart, you find a name that nobody has, and you also trademark that name. You then promote that name and company and brand that name so everyone knows, TWOG - Transworld - is your company - is Mancini and Needham's company. But, here's how it looks like M & N - Mancini and Needham do things. It looks like they like to go on smoke and mirrors. They like to try to ride on the coattails of another much bigger well established company. So, they pick the name of their company, Transworld Oil and Gas, knowing full well that somebody else has that name on a much bigger scale. They got their name for a U.S. company, the other company is in Canada or NZ or UK or all the same one from Canada, from Alberta. So, when you do a search, the naive investor not knowing better, thinks that the bigger Transworld, is this little pink sheet TWOG run by these 2 Canadian "twits" from Toronto, using a Houston, TX, USA, address. In other words, it's totally misleading. I call it FRAUD. They'll let the naive investor think that it's their company that is doing business in Canada, NZ, UK, etc. They know that they can use that to their advantage. If people think they got those deals in the UK, NZ and Canada, it's better for them. It makes them look good. So, sorry to say, but as far as I can tell, those deals are not this little pink sheet company. If they were, you better believe it that these 2 little idiots here, Mancini and Needham, would have already posted news, PRs and tried to hype that up to the max as much as possible. You better believe they would. Nah, Mancini and Needham, they knew what they were doing when they named this company, the same name of a much larger oil and gas company in Alberta, and one that is doing deals in UK and NZ. Probably all the same company from Alberta. Yeah, Mancini and Needham, they knew people would confuse them with the bigger company, and that's what they like. They like to embellish the truth. They like to exaggerate. They like to mislead. They are not afraid to commit FRAUD - as seen in their fake JV in Alaska with Fowler, that Fowler later totally denied ever existed. Mancini and Needham are trying to hype up a company, TWOG, that has absolutely NOTHING, no assets, no land, no oil, no gas, no contracts, and they try to make up news and PRs that are not real, to try to make themselves look real, and try to hype up the stock. I think that's what they do. They are manipulating the stock. But, now that I/we are onto what they are doing, and I started these topics on this board, and I told them to come and read them, they are now scared, worried, and afraid to do anymore of their fake misleading FRAUD PRs because they know that I/we will NAIL them. So, that's why they've been so QUIET. They don't know what to do now. NOW, they have to actually do something REAL, but they don't know how to do REAL stuff, cuz they're only a couple of IMPOSTERS - trying to fake people out - trying to look and appear like they are something - much bigger - than they really are. Their company, TWOG, is nothing but a registered pink sheet company that has absolutely NOTHING. No assets. Unless they own an old Olivetti type writer and a broken down desk. Until they prove to me otherwise, I don't believe a single thing these guys say or announce in news or PR. I don't believe any of it. They have lost my trust. I really never trusted them, since I don't know them. But, the more I think about it and the more I see how they do things - more like - don't do things - the more I think they are LIARS, Scammers, and Fraudsters. They will have to work hard to make me trust and believe they are real. I think they are FAKE as fake can be. The whole TWOG thing I think is a total scam. Notice, after all the very bold blunt things I've said about TWOG and Mancini and Needham, they have not said one single thing to defend themselves, here or in any PRs or any website. Why? Because they know I've been riding them hard and been on top of them demanding performance from day one. From the start. They once threatened to tell my ISP that I was harrassing them by email. So, I decided to start these message boards so the world can see what a couple of crooks these 2 guys are - in my opinion. If they were smart and honest, they would immediately post something REAL to refute my comments. They would post something to let us know what they are doing, what they got, some good solid REAL news. If they had a Russian deal, they would post an update on that deal - that they announced over 5 months ago. But, no, I don't think they got any Russian deal. I don't think they got any deal. I think they've been lying to us from day one. There never was any deal. This is all smoke and mirrors. All lies. All fake. Now, they are stuck, because I am going to keep on putting the pressure on them until they either go nuts, perform, give up and quit, hand the company over to someone else, or until the SEC and the FBI and Investigators and Lawyers, catch them in all their lies and take them to court, sue them, send them to prison and we have to divide up all their personal assets to be sold to try to get a small bit of what we lost here back in our wallets. If they are found guilty of FRAUD, and we when a case against them, we won't get all our money back. We'd be lucky to get 20% or less back. That's how it goes. The lawyers get a big chuck, big percent, it takes time. But, there's nothing more I love than stomping out and KILLING FRAUD DEAD - thru legal means. We must clean up the filthy dirty rotten financial markets of these con-artists so no more people are victimized. If Mancini and Neeham really were real, they'd be smart to post something REAL and let us know what they are doing. They would want to save face, save their questionable reputations, and try to rescue their dying relationship with "we" the shareholders. But, no, absolutely NOTHING. They know they got their backs against the wall. They are cornered. Stuck. So, if they ain't real, then Mancini and Needham need to just call it quits, and hand over the company to someone who is REAl and who is HONEST and who has Experience and who knows what they are doing and can actually get us some results. So far we have gotten ZERO results from Mancini and Needham. They are used to investors buying their stock, getting frustrated, losing their money, selling out and going away. That's how most investors do it. But, no, I don't do it that way. Because, I am going to stay here and I'm going to hold their feet to the fire until they either burn their feet off or they produce some results or they are found to be commiting FRAUD, and then I'm going to bring in a big pack of wolve-type lawyers and lawyer sharks and lawyer rattlesnakes and they are going to eat these guys alive if they are doing anything dishonest here. They obviously lied about the Fowler deal in Alaska, the JV that never existed. So, that's STRIKE #1. That's considered FRAUD in the 1st Degree. What more do I need? That had FRAUD written all over it. I sent them an email and let them know that I knew about it. They think because it's behind them, that it will go away. Oh, no, no way Jose'. It ain't going away. I ain't going away. And, that's what they are afraid of. I am the first shareholder who has stayed long enough to figure out their little con game and to tell them I know what's going on and to get right in their face and do something about it. I have enough lawyer contacts, and lawyers that would volunteer their time for free, that it would totally bankrupt TWOG and Mancini and Needham. They have totally destroyed my investment by doing nothing and letting the stock price fall to a half of penny. I need that money back. All of it. So, Mancini and Needham, you guys better work your butts off and make something happen, cuz I want my money back. So does everyone else. We ain't messing around with these 2 clowns. They better wipe the smile off their faces and get serious. Because I/we - all of us shareholders - are very serious about our money and we all want our money back - plus interest and profit. The SEC, the FBI, the Lawyers, the Investigators, the Media, are all watching what's going on. I am the worse enemy of any company and any management that commits FRAUD. I will not give up until they - who commit FRAUD - are punished. If Mancini and Needham are commiting FRAUD, it's time for them to flee the country and hide somewhere off-shore. But, I have connections off-shore and I/we can track someone down no matter where they go in the world. So, it would be a lot better for all of us, if Mancini and Needham, either made this into a REAL company, or they handed it over to someone who can, or they resign, they quit, they hand us the keys to the office and we kick them out, and we run the company, or find someone who can, and we forcibly turn this into a REAL company. I hate fake people. I hate fake companies. I hate con-artists. I hate liars. I hate those who commit FRAUD. Do your part to Prevent FRAUD, and to Stomp Fraud Out DEAD. Do whatever you got to do LEGALLY. That's what we're going to do here. So, wake up Mancini and Needham, and you better start getting something done... Don't take too long. Shareholders are not in a good mood these days. We are losing our Patience. What patience? We already lost it. So, it's time for you guys to perform. Shareholders in these days, have been ripped off in the millions, billions and trillions by white collar criminals running publicly traded companies like Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, etc. Shareholders are not in the mood to get - SCREWED - anymore. So, don't even think you can take advantage of the investors anymore. Those days are gone. People expect a lot more nowadays. So, Mancini and Needham, you BETTER get BUSY!!! We're SERIOUS....

Ok, it is no surprise to me that Mancini and Needham, named their company TWOG - Transworld Oil and Gas. They waited a while before actually doing it. Probably to see if anyone complained that there were other Transworld Oil and Gas Co. in Canada, NZ, UK, in Bermuda. So, nobody said nothing. So they called it that, knowing full well, that people are going to search for info. about their company, and would think that the info. they found on the net, would be the same company we got here at TWOG.PK. So, people would assume it's the same thing. And, that would be to their advantage, making them look better and bigger than they really are. Making them look like they got assets and acreage and oil and gas and offshore rigs and all that - when they really DO NOT have those things. So, to me, it's all smoke and mirrors. It's all misleading. It's all misrepresentation. It's all FRAUD. Period. It's a shame, but I'm really doubting that we'll ever have anything REAL here. It ain't looking good at all.
