In fact, I believe the OKC bombing was also perpetrated by the FBI/CIA, in a manner similar to 9/11, with the intention of pinning it on the right-wing militias. And then there was the first bombing of the WTC, which the FBI certainly knew about before it happened. I suppose that was the trial run for 9/11. As regards WACO, one didn't have to be a religious nut to find the mass murder of those people abhorrent. I did, and still do, and I'm an atheist.
