good morning croc- the beaches are awesome and ever changing. one of our friends has a place on north beach. he bought a 1.2 acre parcel about 30 years ago. it now measures twice that. sand dunes have built up along the shore line in front of his place. at the same time, the land is eroding on the other side. he's forever resurveying his property and registering it so he doesn't wake up one morning to find a B&B being built in front of him. -rose
