Bush-Delay cut the levee funding to send money to Iraq.
Whether this flooding is caused by those lack of funds and army engineers, I don't know, but certainly Bush has his priorities elsewhere, like in Baghdad where those troops and money aren't doing the USA a damn bit of good.

Time to end the charade of the Iraq occupation. It's not going to work. In fact it's getting worse, not better and we're just salt in the wounds over there. I'll bet as soon as we leave the terrorism will stop.
