Bull logic is actually quite simple: if a catastrophe like this (Rita) can't take the markets through resistance it must be a strong "buy' signal.

Using this logic my best friend bought the Qs this morning with a tight stop below the lows for what he called a "low risk trade" and he went straight to the golf course.

And the rest of us are talking about levees ...
