Oh yes he should only take responsibility for the federal screw ups. No need to take responsibility for cutting the budget for the Army Corp of Eng. , money that might have improved the levies. Need all that money to fight terrorism in Iraq. Certainly plenty of responsibility to spread around. Ahh the medicare bill. I'm sure that will just be the first of many. He may have to stick around after he's gone so he can continue to apologize for all the mistakes he's made. jb
