It sounds like you have thought of everything..it should be handed out to all people caught in the storms path. More people should take action for themselves and stock up on what is needed or evacuate a day ahead of time instead of waiting until the last minute and going out to buy batteries. I take it you have tons of candles??? If it gets bad, go to your storm cellar...don't wait. It is approaching land now...
