how stupid is Bush? He couldn't even send in another hurricane to finish off the survivors of the first hurricane he sent in the kill the black folk... Yeah, but he managed to flood the 9th ward again, insuring that no black people will be able to move back in and the area can be turned into condos after new leeves are built to withstand CAT 5 hurricanes. Its all about the money with your people, stevo, don't you know?
