I would say in 14 Provinces the Iraqi's are FAR better off. In 2 Providences its so-so. In 2 Provinces it sucks. If you believe in rule by the majority, then Yes Iraq is far better off. If you were a young Iraqi wondering about your future and not a member of Saddams tribe, YES, its far better off. jdn
