Our two year old has been talking for a few months now--three word sentences or less mainly. Yesterday in the hardware store there was sort of a grisley weathered-looking older fella with a beard, hair tousled etc. Elise pointed and gleefully said "pirate man" several times. This coming just after "talk like a pirate day", so it was especially cute--especially after enduring all the pirate chat in the office (which was excruciatingly badly done).
