I hadn't considered the liquidity factor on CFDs. As I said I'm just in the process of opening an account now. The attraction is the leverage. I could trade 100 CFDs for the NDX index value in USD. 100 will move $100/point. Now you tell me I can get the exactly same leverage with the ER2 and no slip-page!
