In non-traditional energy I have an enormous position in Canadian Oil Sands, and a tranche of each in Blackrock, Connarcher, and Petrobank, and am willing to add to all.

Folks more knowledgeable than I, like Taikun and Energyplay, and a 3D pal in Canada leads, I am merely picking and choosing and allocating.

On the issue of your original question, I received this bit of guidance in the mail by 3D pal in Canada, I quote:

"<<money ... go into the oil sands facilities?>>
... As of May ... there was 70 B CAD in capital spending "backlog" in Alberta oil sands.

Just last week, Shell ond others announced another 20B in spending coming up in Peace river area.

So the growth in capex... is staggering."
