Bad news! Motorola has pre-announced a 3Q earnings short fall and it is blaming it partially on a soft paging market in China and the US. Just when thing were looking better. As previously mentioned, maybe all the press releases from Motorola were meant to soften the blow. Sure hope GEMS does not follow this lead. See announcement at biz.yahoo.com
