Brillant posting Taikun! Thanks! Not only in Ottawa is happening! All over the world is like that! This is the Achiles heel of the nation-state, as it is constituted today. And this is going to be its down fall. The guys are voting and thinking that his vote is going to make any difference. Then the guy gets in power and discover he is powerless. In Brazil, because we are pragmatic, we pay the legislators cash so they vote for reform. But only after the vote, becuse they can get the money and then vote against.
