| What do you think? Is TWOG, a real company or a fake company? Are the foungers of TWOG, Mancini and Needham, real or fake? If the company and its founders are real, what is real about them? If they are fake, what is fake about them? So far, my impression of TWOG and Mancini and Needham, is that they are all FAKE. All IMPOSTERS. All smoke and mirrors. I believe they've been lying to us. I believe they've already committed FRAUD. Why? Because Mancini and Needham, said they had a JV with Fowler Oil, back when TWOG was AKOL. Someone posted on the net that they talked to the President of Fowler, and that he said, he talked with Mancini/Needham and AKOL, but there never was a JV. Yet, Mancini/Needham, posted there was a JV in their PR and on their old AKOL.PK website. So, what do you call that? I call it lies. I call it FRAUD. And, I invested in this smoke and mirrors mess based on that info. in their PR and at their website. So, I was mislead, lied to and defrauded out of my money by investing in a company that DID NOT have what they said they had. Do you want to know what I think should be done to liars, con-artists and fraudsters? If Mancini and Needham have indeed lied and committed FRAUD, I think they should be hanged in the middle of Wall Street in NY during lunch hour so all the stock brokers can see what happens to those who commit FRAUD. That the same will happen to them, if they committ FRAUD. I think doing this would really clean up the stock market and financial markets. I am not very happy with Mancini and Needham, if you cannot already tell. I am feeling like they have lied to me, misled, misrepresented and committed FRAUD. I feel like I was tricked to invested in AKOL.PK when they must have hyped up the stock on message boards, and said they had a JV with FOWLER, etc. I feel like they are hyping the stock, doing pump and dumps, and making up false and misleading PRs about their company, while it was called AKOL.PK. As a result of me investing in AKOL.PK based on the fake PR and the false info at their website, I have lost over 95% of my money. Do you want to know what I feel like doing? I feel like chartering about 10 big long luxury buses with air-conditioning, music, TV, food and drinks and driving to every major city and picking up the best shareholder litigator attorneys in the U.S. from Seattle, to Los Angeles, to Chicago, to Atlanta, to New York. And, then picking up the head of the SEC, and the FBI, and the exchange that TWOG trades on, and the head of the Wall Street Journal, and several of the top shareholders who feel they've been screwed by Mancini and Needham, including me, and then we all drive up to Toronto, and we pick up the head of the SEC in Canada, and the head of the RCMP in Canada, and the head of the local police in Toronto, and we go pay Mancini and Needham, a nice friendly visit at their office - which is probably run out of their bedroom, kitchen or garage or someone else's garage. And, then we all get out at their house, and knock on their door, and when they open the door, we barge our way into their house, and we then DEMAND answers. We DEMAND to know what they are doing. We DEMAND to see documents, contracts and agreements that prove that they had a JV with Fowler, and had a LOI for 49% of a Russian oil company. We DEMAND to see a time line of what they've been doing, how they spend their days, what they do all day long, whether or not they have travelled for business, and if so, to where, and what was accomplished? We DEMAND to know what's going on. We give them 24 hours to either come up with the evidence to prove what they claim they have, or they go to JAIL. And, if we find out they are lying, making up stuff, misleading, committing FRAUD, we then hand cuff them, load them up on the bus, and we all drive to NY, to Wall Street, and if they are found guilty in a quick court case, they are then hanged in broad daylight in the middle of Wall Street, during lunch break - and all the stock brokers in NYC, and at the NYSE, and other exchanges, have to attend the hanging. I think this would be a great way to deal with white collar criminals who are defrauding Americans out of millions, billions and trillions. This would really clean up the financial markets. I sure hope Mancini and Needham are not committing FRAUD. They better not be. But, I already got a stinkin' suspicion that they are. That's my opinion, and I'm entitled to my own opinion. I am waiting for Mancini and Needham to prove me wrong. If they can show evidence, documents, agreements, papers, etc., that they had a JV with Fowler in Alaska, and that they had/have a LOI for 49% of a Russian producing oil and gas company - then I might change my mind - if I can see those documents and make a few phone calls and talk to some people in person - with some witnesses - to see whether I think it is real or not. I will apologize and say sorry to Mancini and Needham, in person, by phone, by email and on these boards, IF they can show me all the supporting documents that prove that they had a JV with Fowler and a LOI for 49% of a Russian oil and gas co. However, they already got one very BIG problem. That is, the President of Fowler Oil and Gas, said all they did is talk, and that there NEVER was any JV. NEVER. Never Existed. So, sorry, Mancini and Needham, but it seems like you guys are already starting out on the wrong foot. One very BIG strike AGAINST you. What do we call this kind of behaviour? Saying there's a JV in a PR and putting it on your website, and then the other half of the JV, denies there ever was one? What do we call this kind of action? I call it LYING. I call it FRAUD. So, I invested in AKOL.PK, based on LIES and FRAUD. And, now I am stuck. I have lost 95% of my money. So, can you see why I am pissed at TWOG, Mancini and Needham? I don't even know if those are their real names? One guy thinks those are fake names. Celebrity, movie star names. Well, I don't care if they call themselves Bonnie and Clyde. One way or another, if I/we and my investigators find out that Mancini and Needham have been lying and committing FRAUD, these 2 Canadian "TWITS" are going to pay for it. They are going to pay me back ever single penny. I will get a bunch of lawyers who volunteer for free to gang up on Mancini and Needham, sue their butts, take all their posssessions away, and sell them all to pay me back and all the other shareholders still left in this mess, or those who were in the deal during a specified time from which the alledged FRAUD was committed. So far Mancini and Needham have not told us anything about what's going on here. I think it's time to send the RCMP, the FBI, some Investigators, the SEC and a bunch of mean, nasty, hungry, man-eating Lawyers to their office in Houston, to their office in Toronto or somewhere in Canada where they hide out, and also to their homes. Get a search warrant and demand answers, documents and information. If they are lying and committing FRAUD, have the police bust their door down at 3am with a swat team, drag them out of their bed and house, and throw them in JAIL - immediately. Then, hang them in the middle of Wall Street. Mancini and Needham are making shareholders very angry by not reporting any news, no PRs, and not answering emails or phone calls. They seem to think they can do whatever they want to and don't have to tell us anything? Well, that ain't true. They are running a public company and they must be held accountable to the public and the shareholders. They must answer our emails and phone calls and tell us what is going on. WE WANT ANSWERS NOW! TODAY! RIGHT NOW! We want a new website with news, PRs, and we want a good honest truthful explanation about what they are doing and what is the status of the company. If they DO NOT get that to us REAL SOON, I am going to have the SEC and the FBI and some lawyers pay them a visit at their offices and their homes. WE DEMAND ANSWERS NOW... No more delays.... Yes, that means you, Mancini and Needham, or whomever you guys are if you are making up fake names, fake PRs, and fake JVs, then it wouldn't surprise me if your names are also FAKE. This whole company and those whom run it all seem FAKE. What is the managment going to do to prove to us that they are REAL? They cannot prove they are REAL, if they are FAKE. And, that's why I think they've been so QUIET lately. They have nothing good, honest, true or REAL - to say. That's what worries me about these two. How long is it going to take until they just simply disappear and we're left holding a worthless pink sheet company? What guarantee do we have that these guys can pull off making this into a REAL company? Where in the heck are these 2 guys? Have they fled to the Grand Caymans with all our money? Where are they? What are they doing? If they do not answer soon and post some PR and an update and get some action done - then I guess I'm going to have to send the agents from the SEC, the FBI, investigators, some hungry lawyers, some government agents, CIA, U.S. Marines, RCMP, Interpol, Scotland Yard, M2 from UK, the Mossad from Israel, the MEDIA, and everyone else - to go pay Mancini and Needham a visit at home and at the office.
