What are they saying on RB about this company? The concept seems like a decent one. There is a good audience for artistic and inde films. I'd watch.

However, it is awfully hard to get by the history of failed corporations, dilution, reverse split and generally screwing shareholders.

I really wanted to believe but when I was laughed at by the guy on the phone for asking about the capital structure or whether the TA knew this, I figured here is someone that enjoys screwing shareholders.
