I imagine we will hear sometime what the ultimate fate of ARX will be. For now all I know was that their office was open a few weeks ago and when they go (if they go) belly up the office will surely go. I wouldn't sell my shares just for the tax loss until a final word is spoken. I wish I knew more. Does anyone?
