Bush: Gov't May Tap Petroleum Reserve news.moneycentral.msn.com of course, that won't do shiat as far as getting refineries back online, but should alleviate some of the input bottlenecks for operational refineries. right now is the time to urge conservation, not to dispense happy flakes. of course, higher prices will take care of demand destruction so trying to block them is counterproductive.
