Yes kenneth, but is you do an inquiry into the qualifications of talking heads who write for time, you will find more qualifications for kennel club judges than professional qualification judges. It has been reported that the collective qualification of all times talking heads would enable them to find a hammer in a Home Depot in less than three month's with a 10% probability of success.

I know that you have never been able to find a hammer in a Home Depot, so you may be well impressed.
