Bush planned to go to war. He then looked for ways to justify it. He said he had no plans to go to war. But he did. That he hoped war could have been avoided, while actively fixing intelligence to support a cause to war. This is a lie. War could have been avoided, and innocent lives saved. And most importantly Iraq would not be on the brink of civil war. War was not a good choice of policy under the known conditions. Orca
